Want to Learn To Crochet??

So i ran across this today!  I am soooo IN!

I have been wanting to pick crochet back up again!  There are soo many neat and trendy items you can make with crochet.

And....think about all the time you spend in dr.'s offices, the car, sitting wainting on things...and all that time you could be creating something FABULOUS!

Class starts on Saturday, October 1st! I realize this is very soon, but don't worry if you can't get started right away, everything will be here waiting for you. I wanted to give all of you time to learn so you can start making holiday gifts.
Oh and just in case you skip the syllabus, this class is F-R-E-E free!
Please share the word! I would feel really bad doing all this work and only have 3 of you following along.

Here is the link to her blog (b/c i can't get the "buttons" to work) Crochet School Blog!

We had soo much fun.  The girls were soo creative!  They also got REALLY GIDDY by the time we were done :)

Here is one item they took home.  More pictures to come!

This is 4 of my Valise Suitcases.  Size Medium.  All done up with their Initials.  Can you believe all 4 girls names began with "A"!!
Then some ribbon and trim was added and Voila!!  A Diva Case!

I know i have been MIA.  I'm not really good at the whole blogging thing yet, but i'm trying.

I started preparing my "shop" last night.  Hubby and I, well and the two kiddo's, started painting!  Today hopefully, i get to move int he fabric, put up slat wall, and peg board...trying to make this as cute as i can on the inside of a gov't building! :)

Here are some pics from last night!! Yeah this was a chore!! Trying to cover up this rusty orange color was a CHORE!! $70 in paint later!!

Garrett Helping us out!  Both boys wanted to PAINT SOOO BAD!
The Lovely color we are trying to cover up!
My DH.  SOOO Thrilled that i get him wrapped up into these kinds of things.

Lets hope that when i get back there in the morning...It still looks nice and white like this!

I'll keep you all posted as the progress continues!
